Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Young Musicians of Westchester, Inc. ("YMW"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.
1. Free Admission Concert Policy
All community concerts sponsored by YMW are free of admission charges to the public. Seating at library auditoriums and partner venues is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless explicit priority registration is noted for specific community outreach events.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on this website—including logos, graphics, text, performance photography, audio clips, and code—is the property of Young Musicians of Westchester or used with express permission from performing artists and conservatory partners. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
3. Musician Auditions & Candidate Submissions
Musicians submitting applications ("Be a YMW Musician") or candidate board applications confirm that all provided biography, repertoire, media links, and contact information are accurate. YMW reserves the right to review and select performers and board members in accordance with organizational guidelines.
4. Volunteer Participation Guidelines
Volunteers assisting with venue ushering, program distribution, concert photography, or administrative tasks agree to uphold YMW's non-profit mission and community conduct standards.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
This Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. YMW shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site, calendar downloads, or third-party links.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America.
